What a survey checks in Pimlico
- Freeholder and leaseholder consentWork in a mansion block usually requires permission from the building's freeholder, and you may need to inform neighbours.
- Communal system integrationYour flat's new boiler must be compatible with any existing building-wide heating infrastructure or pipe layouts.
- Compact unit placementSpace can be limited in individual flats, so selecting a appropriately sized and positioned boiler is important.
