Eltham properties & boilers
Many Eltham homes are post-war estates, which typically require mid-range boiler capacity suitable for two to three-bedroom properties.
For Eltham's post-war estates, a straightforward heating system upgrade is often the main requirement. We can assess your specific setup with a free survey in the SE9 area.
What a survey checks in Eltham
- Centralised flue positionsPost-war estate layouts often have original flue locations that may need careful assessment for modern, more efficient boiler replacements.
- Internal pipework accessInstallation work should account for the potential for pipework to be routed within walls or under floors in these properties.
- Standard system sizingThe consistent property size in these estates usually allows for straightforward boiler selection without complex heating demands.
